“ I sold my house quick in another city and Ben's knowledge of the Fort Wayne area and what I was looking or helped me see many houses . The houses were selling quit quickly. Ben never gave up He let me look at as many as I wanted. I could ask Ben to look at one and was on it. He showed by family the houses if i was no available to drive to Ft Wayne. Once the right one was found Ben went into Mr Realtor and got the job done. from Buying, home inspection to closing in less than a month. Ben was always on top of everything and even noticed things on the day before closing that no one else had and he took care of the situation.
