We met Kenson after seeing a listing of his online that we were curious to see, and set up an appointment directly with him. After the tour he was able to quickly call out that it wasn't the right house for us and started chatting about what we were looking for. With our permission he set up the portal with our specifications. Throughout the whole process Kenson was AMAZING. We are first time home buyers and lot was very new/confusing to us. He answered every question and put as at ease throughout the process. He asked us good questions to help enable us to make decisions. And he was so incredibly thorough at every walkthrough we did, calling out things big and small that were not obvious to us (structural issues, known issues with specific type of windows, etc.). He helped us find a house that we loved, can fit the family we plan to have, in our desired area, in our price range, and a house that we know if life changes we can easily sell.
